XC65DXLS

The XC65Dx Cross Scanner combines three integrated laser line sensors within a single measurement system. The lasers are positioned at 120° angles to each other, allowing the component to be captured simultaneously from three different perspectives. This enables the scanner to collect the same amount of measurement data in a single scan that conventional line scanners would require multiple passes to achieve.
Thanks to this technology, the XC65Dx is particularly well suited for the precise inspection of complex geometries such as holes, slots, and narrow gaps, as well as components with challenging surface structures. Typical applications include quality inspection of body-in-white components, gap and flushness measurements, and the inspection of cast parts in powertrain applications.
The long stand-off version further expands the scanner’s capabilities by providing reliable access to difficult-to-reach or partially concealed areas. With a measurement distance of up to 170 mm, the scanner enables efficient capture of internal areas and cavity structures, such as those found in automotive body components. This makes the XC65Dx especially suitable for use on horizontal arm coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) in the automotive industry.
